Etihad Airways Engineering, the largest commercial aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services provider in the Middle East, has signed a three-year contract with Air Tahiti Nui for the heavy maintenance of its Airbus A340-300 fleet.
Under the contract, Air Tahiti Nui will send nine Airbus A340 inputs for C-checks to the Abu Dhabi MRO facility of Etihad Airways Engineering. The project has already been initiated and will run until the end of 2019.

With its partnership and codeshare agreements, Air Tahiti Nui’s network currently covers more than 35 cities around the world.
Etihad Airways Engineering has served more than 100 airlines and aviation operators from around the world. The company was named MRO Service Provider of the Year - Middle East at the 2016 Aviation Business Awards.
